This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-33167. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

Prefixes are not sent for IPV6 BGP Peer

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.12

      How reproducible:

          Always in customer Environment

      Summary:

While configuring the BGP Peer with IPV6 we see that prefixes are not being send and number remains always zero even if the loadbalancer service is created. There is no issue with IPV6 networking as nodePort service works correctly. Sharing more details in the comment section.
