      Description of problem:

      Container has runAsNonRoot and image has non-numeric user (nobody), cannot verify user is non-root

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          sha256:32cd645f60a8f59673639ee4b7828e8eb703eef2c4409ea95b93d41f24329d83

      How reproducible:

          Just install and use the version

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. I installed the cert-manager on OpenShift GUI
2. Create a clusterissue
3. Create my first certification for api domain
4. see the failure
