Description of problem:

Add in OCP DOC (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/scalability_and_performance/ztp_far_edge/ztp-preparing-the-hub-cluster.html#ztp-telco-ran-software-versions_ztp-preparing-the-hub-cluster) That ZTP 4.14 was tested against ACM 2.10

Add explanation on how to download and configure the multicluster-operators-subscription image, similar to what is described in this PR: https://github.com/openshift-kni/cnf-features-deploy/pull/1890.
