Description of problem:
In OCP 4.11, Jenkins was taken out of the payload. Its container images are still hosted on the Red Hat Container Catalog. However, these are not marked deprecated.

Search for Jenkins images under the openshift4/ repo in the Red Hat catalog
Actual results:
Images appear as normal, supported images
Expected results:
Images should be marked deprecated:
1. Jenkins 2 image was moved to ocp-tools-4/jenkins-rhel*
2. Jenkins agent has a base "sidecar" image - ocp-tools-4/jenkins-agent-base
