      Description of problem:

        SGX EPC extended resource is not created by node feature rule instance. This is supported by upstream NFD. The option does not show up in the yaml after the instance is created.

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Node with Intel SGX enabled in BIOS 
    2. Node feature rule instance deployed- https://github.com/intel/intel-technology-enabling-for-openshift/pull/242/files. Extended resources does not show up in yaml, after its creation.    
    3. Intel device plugins operator and default SGX plugin created

      Actual results:

          No NFR created extended resource of sgx.intel.com/epc on the node

      Expected results:

           NFR creates extended resource of sgx.intel.com/epc on the node
