            Note: the problem is extremely rare and only occurs when there's an issue pulling loki images, that shouldn't be able to fail jobs, but it was able to. No product problem involved.

            Fix had to be reverted in https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/28747, somehow it caused alert tests to start failing, when it only should have allowed us to ignore things we wanted to ignore. Will look more next week.
