      Previously, there was an upstream rebase which revealed a dependency that was related to a higher version of Golang than necessary for {product-title} 4.13. With this release, the upstream rebase is reverted, the dependency is removed, and the issue has been resolved.

      Description of problem:

      Openshift-4.13 is expected to be built with go1.20. The linked bug bumps openshift/etcd to 3.5.13 which includes a bump to go1.21 which has caused issues building Microshift.
