      Description of problem:

      As described in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPQE-14809, Azure CLI 2.40.0 or greater is recommended to avoid a vulnerability for potential code injection.

And QE updated Azure CLI to 2.49.0, and verified, so suggest updating to the same version in installation doc[1] (current version in doc is 2.38.0).
