baremetal UPI installation fail with software RAID 1, system gets halted

      Description of problem:

      The customer fails to install a cluster on baremetal using the UPI method when software RAID 1 or disk mirroring configured(both tried, same result). Chekcing the console, it shows "system halted" error and not proceed further.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. install a cluster on baremetal UPI with software raid 1 and disk mirroring
    2. bootstrap boots up and a system halted error appears on console
    3.

      Actual results:

          system halted error during the boot

      Expected results:

          installation complete
