Bug Report
What did you do?
Deployed an operator using a CSV file. The CSV file contains several `admissionReviewVersions` sections to define webhooks. For each one of these `admissionReviewVersions`, OLM creates a service. e.g. for this (partial) admissionReviewVersions:
- admissionReviewVersions: - v1beta1 - v1 containerPort: 4343 deploymentName: my-operator
A new service named "my-operator-services" is created.
When I manually delete this service, it's never re-created.
What did you expect to see?
I would expect OLD to reconcile these services, and re-create them if they are deleted.
What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?
The service is no created again and there is no way to trigger OLM to create it.
