      this issue is opened to track an known issue https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/13677/files#r1567936852

      currently we are printing: 
console-telemetry-plugin: telemetry disabled - ignoring telemetry event: page

            now the message `ignoring telemetry event: xxx` will ONLY be printed when no API Key is defined && TELEMETRY_DEBUG is on

             

            console-telemetry-plugin: missing Segment API key - ignoring telemetry event:

            The issue is fixed on 4.17.0-0.nightly-2024-06-07-045541
