When I am running oc adm upgrade status against b01 or b02, it sometimes only emits

error: resource name may not be empty  

I cannot reproduce this with mock input, but I suspect it is caused by CI build farm autoscaling, leading to some node/mcp/mc-related state that makes use an empty string as a name of a resource that we want to get.
