Trying to update CatalogSource with the latest bundle which includes latest operator and latest changes

CatalogSource image: 

surineedibhargavi/ibm-ocs-operator-catalog:latest 

Have updated the catalogsource image with latest bundle which includes csv of 

odf-service-operator.v4.14.8 but my existing csv has not updated to this latest version. Have used replaces in csv file while building 

whereas packagemanifests has updated and another ip has comeup only update is not working
