Hi everyone, can you please add the following informations inside the documentation of the KubeDescheduler?

1. It should specify that the name of the KubeDescheduler MUST be 'cluster' and that its namespace MUST be 'openshift-kube-descheduler-operator', because these parameters are hardcoded inside the code of the operator.
2. It should report that changing directly the configmap 'cluster' it is not supported, since the only way to do it is by adding/removing profiles to the KD and that these updated will include/exlude startegies from the configmap
