From Git option missing from +Add page

      Description of problem:

      After deleting all projects (have no projects) I go to the +Add page and don't see the "From Git" option. It turns out I don't see these either: "Container Image", "From Dockerfile" or "Pipeline"

      Running on 4.6-latest console on 4.5 cluster
