        image: registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-node-feature-discovery:v4.15

This image is incorrect, it should read

        image: registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-node-feature-discovery-rhel9:v4.15

This image name has changed since 4.14 so only the 4.15  are incorrect.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

    4.15 only
