it is possible to add additionalArgs to the Prometheus resource definition in UWM

1. oc edit prometheus user-workload
2. set
spec:
additionalArgs:

3. check that this information is not reconciled by prometheus operator.
Actual results:
the information is not reconciled by prometheus operator.
Expected results:
it should be discarded from engineering's opinion.
