Description of problem:

Task takes too long to load and prevent removing the task.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions): OCP 4.9, RH OpenShift Pipelines 1.5.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pipelines Builder page
2. Add Task
3. Search for "openshift-client"
4. Add
5. Click on the added task -> sidebar opens
6. Try to click on Action -> Remove Task. 

Actual results: Unable to remove the task until it's loaded in sidebar header
