Create Storage system, Console displays "Model does not exist" error randomly

After installing the ODF4.16 operator via UI, we need to create a storage system
After clicking on the "create storage system" button we get "Model does not exist" error.
This issue was reproduced randomly in OCP4.16.
We found this issue with our automation [selenuim python]

    1.Install ODF4.16 
    2.Verify operator status is succeded on "installed operator" page
    3.Click on ODF4.16 operator

Refreshing the screen resolves this issue.
