After updating my openshift local to the latest version I noticed when I click on a helm release to select it from the gallery of helm charts (the page at Developer perspective -> Helm -> "Create Helm Release") the entire page reloads and then the detail panel for the release is shown.

On previous versions the entire page didn't refresh, so I've marked this as a regression.

This reproduces for me every time.
    

Reproducible on the current release of openshift local.

start the cluster with "crc start"
Open the openshift web console
Navigate to the "Developer" perspective
click on "Helm" in the side navigation
Click on "Create" and then "Create Helm Release"
Click on any of the helm release cards and the page should refresh before showing the detail panel.
    

No page refresh, the side detail panel should slide out from the right.
