      Description of problem:

          Not able to add a worker node to ZCX SNO

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.15

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Provision SNO cluster on ZCX
    2. Add the worker node to proxy and DNS
    3. Provision the worker node

      Actual results:

          Waiting for 1/2 Profiles to be applied stay forever

      Expected results:

          worked node should join the cluster
