Description of problem:
Initially the cluster was running on OCP 4.14.4 + ODF 4.14.6. Performed OCP upgrade to 4.14.19 and then to 4.15.6. After the cluster upgrade to 4.15, I noticed that a couple of ODF related CSV's ( mcg-operator.v4.14.6-rhodf and odf-csi-addons-operator.v4.14.6-rhodf) are toggling between 'Failed' and 'Pending' states.

How reproducible:
Not sure, reporting at the first occurence
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCP 4.14.4 + ODF 4.14.6 cluster (vsphere in my case).
2. Perform OCP upgrade to 4.14.19 and then to 4.15.6.
3. Check CSV status in openshift-storage namespace
Actual results:
After the cluster upgrade to 4.15, I noticed that a couple of ODF related CSV's are toggling between 'Failed' and 'Pending' states.
Expected results:
All the CSV's should be in healthy state post OCP upgrade
