SNO with SecureBoot enabled cannot boot due to bad shim signature, grub error attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy SNO via ZTP GitOps process
Actual results:
Node fails to boot after installer has run due to bad shim signature.
Expected results:
Node boots without issues with SecureBoot enabled.
Additional info:
The node can boot without issues when SecureBoot is disabled.
