Description of problem:
Seeing following alert post several hours on a classic rosa cluster migrated from SDN to OVN.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a 4.14 nightly SDN classic rosa (24 node or 120 node) cluster
2. Run cluster-density-v2 workload
3. Upgrade cluster from 4.14 to 4.15 nightly to 4.16 nightly
4. Migrate from SDN to OVN
5. Wait for few hours (12 to 15 hours?) after migration and notice the alert appearing.
