Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow instructions in https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/registry/configuring_registry_storage/configuring-registry-storage-rhodf.html#registry-configuring-registry-storage-rhodf-cephrgw_configuring-registry-storage-rhodf until step 6
2. Get stuck because you don't have the ./tls.crt file and nowhere in the docs it shows hot to create one and what should be its contents.
3. Attempt to switch to the alternative procedure at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/registry/configuring_registry_storage/configuring-registry-storage-rhodf.html#registry-configuring-registry-storage-rhodf-nooba_configuring-registry-storage-rhodfand find the same issue
4, As a last resort, switch to the procedure at https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/registry/configuring_registry_storage/configuring-registry-storage-rhodf.html#registry-configuring-registry-storage-rhodf-cephfs_configuring-registry-storage-rhodf and configure the internal registyr to use shared filesystems despite knowing that image registries work better with object storage. Live with a non-replicated and non-HA internal registry which may not satisfy business requirements.
