e2e-openstack-csi in Cinder CSI driver operator presubmit jobs is failing since Feb 07.

The last success: Feb 05.

The first failure: Feb 07

The last failure (as of today): Apr 03

    1. Create a pull request in Cinder CSI driver operator repo

I saw several different errors, ranging from failed installation to "monitor test pod-network-avalibility setup" failing during the tests. Feel free to open / clone more bugs out of this.
