Description of problem:
Customer is requesting why the MAC Address is required to be defined twice for each of the interfaces in the OpenShift AgentConfig object? This seems error-prone. Is there a difference between the two values and when should they differ?

Why is the MacAddress required to be provided both in the `interfaces` and `netconfig` sections of the AgentConfig file? Is there a difference between the two values? Can a definition be provided for each of the values in a reference-guide for the AgentConfig schema?
