ResourceYAMLEditor has no create option. THis means that can be used only for editing objects.

1. Use ResourceYAMLEditor in a different page from the details page

Be able to create the object
See the samples in the sidebar
See 'Create' button instead of 'Save'
Expected results:
only "save' button and no samples.
