Description of problem:
Customers are very confused about the process for configuring an AWS cluster to use long-term credentials.

How reproducible:
[1]https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/installing/installing_aws/installing-aws-customizations.html#manually-create-iam_installing-aws-customizations It is better to mention that "Users should manually create AWS IAM users that have permissoins described in CredentialRequests and get AWS access key id and secret access key for creating secrets before deploying a cluster" in the official ducumentation[1],
Actual results:
- Customers feel difficult to understand a producer for configuring an AWS cluster using long-term credentials.
Expected results:
- It is easy to understand documentation and follow guidelines to install AWS cluster with long-term credential mode.
