      Description of problem:

      An intermittent issue occurs when installing a cluster via the agent-based method. During the failures, the worker node boots with the CoreOS ISO and repeatedly attempts to fetch the ignition but eventually fails.

          1.Launch an agent-based installer
    2. Worker nodes failing to boot 
    3.

      Actual results:

          The cluster installation is failing intermittently

      Expected results:

          The cluster should be installed consistently
