lldp filtering not working at capture (4.12)

      Description of problem:

      Activating LLDP for all ethernet interfaces using a capture like "interfaces.lldp.enabled:=false" is not working

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.11

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. oc apply -f https://github.com/nmstate/kubernetes-nmstate/blob/main/docs/examples/lldp.yaml

      Actual results:

      not supported filtered value path. Only paths with a capture entry reference are supported
      | interfaces.type=="ethernet"
      | ..........................^

      Expected results:

      NNCP Success

      Additional info:

      This feature is already implemented on 4.12 is about backporting to 4.11, the PRs are attached to this issue.
