Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCP cluster
2. Deploy sriov-operator version 4.16

Actual results:

Operator comes up but both the webhook and injector fail with the following error message:

Warning  Failed  13m (x12 over 15m)  kubelet  Error: container has runAsNonRoot and image will run as root (pod: "operator-webhook-4hnrr_openshift-sriov-network-operator(a85918b0-4ba0-4dee-846e-bb00ab951268)", container: webhook-server).

Expected results:

Both the webhook and injector should come up

This same error occurred when installing the 4.16 sriov-oprator in a OCP cluster 4.16 and 4.12.
