NFD 4.16 deploying from bundle using olm does nothing

      Description of problem:

          After installing NFD using olm no deployment is creating and the only thing that is existed in the namespace is the csv,sub and installPlane

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Build bundle from git repo 
    2.Create index using opm
    3.Create catalog source with the same index
    4.Use ol,(or via console) by creating sub
