Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install cluster on vsphere
2. Enable TechPreviewNoUpgrade
$ oc edit featuregate cluster
spec:
featureSet: TechPreviewNoUpgrade
3. Check cpms state
Actual results:
Cpms state is Inactive. $ oc get controlplanemachineset NAME DESIRED CURRENT READY UPDATED UNAVAILABLE STATE AGE cluster 3 3 3 Inactive 56m
Expected results:
Cpms state is Active.
Additional info:
Day 0 set featureset, after install, check cpms state is Active.
