      Description of problem:

          Kubelet loses the selinux label on restarts

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          all

      How reproducible:

      Tested on 4.16 and 4.15.
Kubelet starts with the right selinux label but on a restart of kubelet, the label regresses back to unconfined.
