HPE iLO 5 bare-metal machines require compression when fetching message registries from their Redfish BMC endpoints. Previously, compression was forcibly disabled to work around other unrelated issues in different hardware models. This caused FirmwareSchema objects to be missing for iLO 5 machines. Now, compression is enabled again when it is found to be required, and FirmwareSchema objects are created correctly.

Description of problem:

Creating a `BareMetalHost` for an HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 Plus doesn't create the corresponding `FirmwareSchema` object.

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Create a `BareMetalHost` (and BMC credentials secret) for the machine. 
    2. Wait for the `FirmwareSchema` to be created.

Actual results:

The `FirmwareSchema` object is never created.

Expected results:

The `FirmwareSchema` object should be created.
