Description of problem:

Documentation in Updating managed clusters in a disconnected environment with the Topology Aware Lifecycle Managrer uses "redhat-operators" as the catalog source name. Custom catalog sources must not have the same name as a default catalog source due to OCPBUGS-9357.

The documentation should use the name "disconnected-redhat-operators" to be consistent with the reference configuration.
