      Description of problem:

          Partial backport of a feature causes extra churn with further backports because tests break (good) AND need manual action (BAD) to be fixed, vs having automation to update the test reference data once reviewed

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.backport a feature which requires updates to test-data
    2.tests fail
    3.testdata need a manual update - no automation
