I am trying to enable tech preview using https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/nodes/clusters/nodes-cluster-enabling-features.html#nodes-cluster-enabling-features-install_nodes-cluster-enabling but cluster doesn't comeup healthy.

Create a single node cluster using the install-config which have tech preview feature gate enabled.

I created a branch which have shell script to automate it and can be consumed

$ git clone -b sno_swap https://github.com/praveenkumar/snc && cd snc
$ OPENSHIFT_PULL_SECRET_PATH=/home/prkumar/pull-secret ./snc.sh 

 Cluster failed to provision

Cluster should succeed
