Description of problem:
- Include the ImagePullPolicy option in the oc adm must-gather command. - Without which, it is not possible to run the must-gather command with an updated image. - Even if we specify the image in the command, it will not use the latest image as the must-gather Pod uses the IfNotPresent ImagePullPolicy.
