Description of problem:

The AWS LZ doc and WZ doc contains hard-code blocks for CloudFormation templates. Each template could be updated without any obvious notifications hitting the doc examaples. Example: [CloudFormation template for the VPC|https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.15/installing/installing_aws/installing-aws-localzone.html#installation-cloudformation-vpc-localzone_installing-aws-localzone].

Replace all hard-coded examples with links to a server-side resource that hosts the latest verified CloudFormation examples.
