There is a documentation change which has not been propagated to the newer version of OCP related to "machine config operator".

      How reproducible:

      Edit proxy/cluster with oc edit proxy/cluster as admin.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      We see in OCP 4.12, that the edit of proxy/cluster trigger a MCO which reboot the node.

      Actual results:

      Node reboot per MCO.

      Expected results:

      
Documentation should inform that node will be rebooted.
