In-product documentation (from RH Operator Catalog) states that the EBS driver must be installed when installing the AWS EFS CSI driver operator.`

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In OCP 4.14 console, go to
Operator > Operator Hub
.
2. Enter "EFS" for the search string.
3. Click on
AWS EFS Driver Operator.
The mistake is in the procedure blurb on the operator installation screen.
Actual results:

The incorrectly named list item links to the correct article. It's just the name of the list item that's wrong.
