      *Previously, OpenShift Container Platform upgrades for Ansible caused an error as the IPsec configuration was not idempotent. With this update, the issue is resolved.       Actual results:

      ValueError: File context for /var/lib/ipsec/nss already defined

      Expected results:

      RHEL worker upgrade complete
