      Description of problem:

When adding a new host, via AI web console, to a cluster that was upgraded, since the initial install version, uses the ISO version from the initial version, and not the current version.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Initial version: 4.12.50
      Current version: 4.14.13

      How reproducible:

      AFAIK, always.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install 4.12 cluster
      2. Upgrade cluster to 4.14 (it was not tested with 4.13). Verify that the web console reports the new version.
      3. Via web console, add a Host. Verify the ISO version to be from 4.12

      Actual results:

      Outdated ISO version.

      Expected results:

I would expect the same ISO version as the current installed version.
