Description of problem:

    Docs are incorrect regarding Logo Branding for ROSA and OSD

    Always

The docs[1] provide the steps to tweak the webconsole for customizing LOGo it but since ROSA/OSD are managed by hive, the changes will be reconciled. 

There is an RFE[2] already opened for it and we have a KCS[3] stating that currently this change is not supported. 

The docs need tweaking and removing the page.
