      Description of problem:

          Non-admin users are not able to see overview page because cluster version is not not accessible for non-admin users with ClusterVersion resource

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Login as non-admin users 
    2. Create some pipeline
    3. Go to overview page

      Actual results:

          Screen is crashed

      Expected results:

          User should able to see overview page
