      Additional info:

      Based on https://github.com/openshift/api/blame/release-4.16/config/v1/types_feature.go, openShiftPodSecurityAdmission is enabled by default for OpenShift version 4.16.  As a result, this fix is only needed on OpenShift version 4.15.
