[IBU] [DOC] We should add to the doc the steps to mitigate the following rollback error: "FinalizeFailed failed to delete all the backup CRs"

      Experienced an issue with rollback.

      The IBU shows the following:

       oc get ibu
NAME      AGE   DESIRED STAGE   STATE            DETAILS
upgrade   11h   Idle            FinalizeFailed   failed to delete all the backup CRs. Perform cleanup manually then add 'lca.openshift.io/manualCleanupDone' annotation to ibu CR to transition back to Idle

      There are particular "manual cleanup" steps to run and we should add them to the doc to be available for users.
