      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-30125. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      After pivot installation-configuration service tries to pull recert image for ~10minutes even though it was pre-cached and the image is present on the local storage.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      lifecycle-agent.v4.15.0

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. On an environment where the seed and target nodes are using different image registries check installation-configuration log after pivot

      Actual results:

          We can notice that it tries to pull recert image for ~10minutes

      Expected results:

          No attempts to pull recert as it has been pre-cached and already present in the local storage.
